Refund Policy

Fontiex membership refunds are governed by your active plan tier. Refund windows are calculated from the date of your first payment or plan activation, whichever is earlier.

FREE
6 monthsfrom the date of first payment or credit purchase

Eligible for refund

  • Unused FNX credits (full amount)
  • Overpayments or billing errors
  • Account closure within the refund window

Not eligible

  • Platform subscription fees already consumed (₹30/month)
  • Credits spent on bookings, services, or transfers
  • Requests made after the 6-month window
STARTER
2 yearsfrom the date of plan activation

Eligible for refund

  • Unused FNX credits (full amount)
  • Unused portion of annual subscription (pro-rated)
  • Overpayments or billing errors
  • Account closure within the refund window

Not eligible

  • Credits spent on bookings, services, or transfers
  • Monthly subscription fees already consumed
  • Requests made after the 2-year window
PRO
5 yearsfrom the date of plan activation

Eligible for refund

  • Unused FNX credits (full amount)
  • Unused portion of multi-year subscription (pro-rated)
  • Overpayments or billing errors
  • Account closure within the refund window
  • Service credits for bookings cancelled by Fontiex partners

Not eligible

  • Credits spent on completed bookings or services
  • Transfers already sent to other members
  • Requests made after the 5-year window
ENTERPRISE
10 yearsfrom the date of plan activation

Eligible for refund

  • Unused FNX credits (full amount)
  • Unused portion of subscription (pro-rated)
  • Overpayments or billing errors
  • Account closure within the refund window
  • Service credits for bookings cancelled by Fontiex partners
  • Dedicated refund review for large-volume credit purchases

Not eligible

  • Credits spent on completed bookings or services
  • Transfers already sent to other members
  • Requests made after the 10-year window

How to Request a Refund

    Email support@fontiex.com from your registered email address with subject "Refund Request — [Your CBAN]".

    Include your CBAN number, the amount you are requesting, and the reason for the refund.

    Our team will verify your plan tier and refund eligibility within 5 business days.

    Approved refunds are processed within 30 days to your original payment method.

Important: FNX credits are prepaid platform service credits, not currency or financial instruments. Refunds of FNX credits are discretionary and subject to the CBAN Membership Deed. This policy does not override statutory consumer rights available under applicable law. For Dutch residents, statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (Richtlijn Consumentenrechten) apply in addition to this policy. Disputes may be escalated to the relevant consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.
